DEL BARRIO A TU PLATO
Del barrio is a little piece of Mexico, reviving the
nostalgia of the aromasand flavors of our families,
of thecolorful streets we would walk, visits to the market,
everything isfresh,vibrant and delicious.
Now it is on your table.

Un Caquito de Mexico
Del Barrio is reminiscent of the authentic Mexican flavors found in the markets, on the street corners and in abuelita's kitchen.

How to Make
Masa for Tortillas
Using del Barrio’s Masa Harina
Use a 1:1 ratio: one full cup (240 ml / ~130 g) of Del Barrio's Harina and one scant cup (220–230 ml) of warm (not boiling) water.
Slowly add the water to the masa harina in a bowl, mixing by hand or with a stand mixer until fully incorporated and no dry spots remain.
Add salt or seasonings to taste and mix evenly. Cover and let the masa rest for 10–15 minutes to fully hydrate.
The masa should feel moist but not sticky. Use immediately, or rehydrate with a small amount of water if resting longer before use.
