In 2019, we founded Switzerland's first organic and 100% nixtamal tortilleria - MASAMOR, quickly realizing the growing demand for authentic Mexican flavors.
Many ingredients are not readily available or must be imported. Del Barrio offfers a unique selection of Mexican specialty food products, made in Switzerland.

Brewing with Purpose
Our mission with La Güera del Barrio is to give a second life to the corn we use in our tortilla production. Instead of letting these leftovers go to waste, we transform them into a Mexican-style lager brewed in Switzerland.
La Güera del Barrio represents our commitment to reducing food waste while creating something enjoyable to share. It is a light, refreshing beer that reflects both sustainability and our passion for bringing a small piece of Mexican culture into what we produce.
